Recipe Ingredients for Salome190 Sauerkraut & Ribs, Crockpot

6 cups sauerkraut
6 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Country-style Ribs
1 large onion
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Salome190 Sauerkraut & Ribs, Crockpot

  1. Put ribs on the bottom of the crock pot, chop up onion and layer next. Top with sauerkraut and pepper.

  2. Cook on high for approx. 2 hours.

  3. You can add a drained Can of potatoes on top about 1/2 before serving.
