Recipe Ingredients for Salmon&Avocado Salad

3 oz Salmon, Sockeye
1/2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1 serving Yellow Mustard
52 grams Onions
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
1 serving crushed red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Salmon&Avocado Salad

  1. In a large bowl, mash the avocado and mustard with a fork.

  2. Add the drained salmon, and mash.

  3. Add diced onion and celery.

  4. Sprinkle dill weed and crushed red pepper flakes on top.
