Salmon and veggies smoothering spelt

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon and veggies over cheesey butter spelt

1/2 salmon fillet
2 small whole tomato
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup dry spelt
1 tbs. light butter
2 tbs. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk

Recipe Directions for Salmon and veggies over cheesey butter spelt

  1. Start boiling water for your spelt

  2. add 1/4 cup of spelt to water, let cook

  3. Prep your salmon, cut off a nice sized chunk

  4. Put salmon in a nonstick pan with a spray of Pam

  5. let cook slowly

  6. dice your two tomatoes, make sure you keep the wet juicy part

  7. prep your peas and dice your onions

  8. flip your salmon

  9. add veggies to pan of salmon

  10. let the veggies soak into the salmon for a while, over low heat

  11. put spelt into a dish

  12. add butter, soy milk and cheese

  13. top spelt with your salmon and veggies

  14. serve with a yummy salad
