0.38 cup Salmon Sockeye Canned
0.75 oz Goat, Soft Type Cheese
1 stalk Broccoli, Stalks
0.33 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1/2 cup Potatoes, Boiled

Recipe Directions for Salmon and Veg Fritatta

Saute veggies. Beat eggs and mix salmon, cheese and veggies into eggs. Pour into small skillet and cook on low heat until almost completely solid. Broil until the top is cooked and lightly brown.
