Recipe Ingredients for Salmon "tuna" Sandwhich

3 serving Wild Alaskan Salmon (Bear & Wolf, Costco, canned)
1.5 serving Healthy Multi-Grain bread (Sara Lee)
1 medium Avocado
1.5 inner leaf Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
1 oz Baby Carrots
1 tablespoon Olive Oil Mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Salmon "tuna" Sandwhich

This uses 1/3 can of the salmon and makes a half of sandwhich. Mix with mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, and carrots (that have been shredded). Spread on top of half a slice of bread and top with 1/3 of a half of an avocado and a leaf of lettuce and top with other half of bread. Enjoy!
