Recipe Ingredients for Salmon with Tomatoes

8 oz salmon fillet
7 oz tomatoes, diced
2 oz capers
1/2 cup white wine

Recipe Directions for Salmon with Tomatoes

  1. Broil the salmon until done on one side.

  2. Roast the capers in 1 Tbs olive oil.

  3. Add the can of diced tomatoes.

  4. Add the white wine and capers.

  5. Finish broiling the salmon until flaky.
