Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Stuffed green peppers

2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
12 oz Salmon, Pink
1 cup, chopped Onions
4 oz Sharp Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Salmon Stuffed green peppers

  1. Mix Old Bay, egg, and onions.

  2. Mix salmon in with Old Bay, egg, and onion mixture. Add bread crumbs and cheese, mix lightly.

  3. Cut green peppers in half through the stem, remove seeds and membranes.

  4. Divide into 4 parts placing one part in each half green pepper
