Serve with whole grain crackers with salad or green beans for lunch. I use left over salmon up this way

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Spread

10 oz Salmon, Atlantic, Wild
2 oz Cream Cheese Original
50 grams Voskos Greek Yogurt (Plain, Non-Fat)
0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Salt
0.5 serving Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Salmon Spread

  1. flake salmon

  2. heat cream cheese 20 sec in microwave

  3. stir all ingredients together and chill until serving.
