I love ginger and lemon and put together this marinade for my salmon one night.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon in Soy Ginger lemon marinade

7 oz salmon, wild
30 ml soy sauce
15 ml olive oil
7 ml lemon juice
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 dash pepper
1 dash lemon zest
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash dill

Recipe Directions for Salmon in Soy Ginger lemon marinade

  1. Combine soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, spices, herbs and seasoning into a freezer bag. Mix well.

  2. Place salmon in marinade. Place in fridge and marinade for a minimum of 20 minutes

  3. Bake salmon at 350 for about 30 minutes
