is 2 cans salmon, 2 tuna, 1 cocktail shrimp 12 muffing tin servings - remember to grease thetin!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon & Seafood Loaf Carols

426 grams (canned) salmon, Solids with bone and liquid [i116677}
2 cans tuna, light, packed in water
106 grams shrimp, canned
1 cup onion, chopped
1 tsp dill, dry
2 eggs
2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup milk, nonfat, fluid
30 saltine crackers

Recipe Directions for Salmon & Seafood Loaf Carols

  1. Crush crackers to crumbs. Beat eggs, then add to crumbs.

  2. Mash the salmon bones well with a fork

  3. Mix all ingredients together.

  4. Bake at 325 degrees (covered with foil) for 15 minutes then remove foil and bake for 30 to 35 minutes more.
