2 eggs
20 grams cheddar cheese
1 red pepper

Recipe Directions for SAlmon scramble

  1. Saute the chopped up pepper.

  2. Add eggs and drained, salmon [ de bone as desired]

  3. cook over medium low heat. stirring until almost done

  4. Grate cheese over the top and cover with lid

  5. Turn heat of and let sit for 5 minutes
