Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Sandwich

2 slices whole wheat bread
2 tbsp black olive
1/2 c canned Alaskan salmon
1/2 tomato (plum, diced)
2 romaine leaves
1/2 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Salmon Sandwich

Spread each slice of bread with 1 tbs tapenade. Top one slice with salmon, tomato and lettuce. Place second slice on top to complete sandwich.
