I use leftover, baked salmon and I eat half as open-face sandwich on one slice bread and other half plain. Very filling meal and under 300 calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Salad

65 grams Cucumber
86 grams Salmon Fillets Wild (Wal-mart)
25 grams Celery
31 grams Onions
60 grams Tomatoes
35 grams Light Dressing

Recipe Directions for Salmon Salad

flake salmon. add chopped cucumber, celery and onion. Sir in dressing. add pepper to taste. serve over sliced tomatoes on whole wheat toast. Eat rest of salmon salad without bread.
