Salmon Salad Recipe

Light Salmon Salad (served with veggies on the side and bagels)

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Salad

3 lbs salmon, cooked
8 oz light sour cream
4 tbs dill
4 tbs parsley
2 tbs kosher salt
2 tbs pepper
2 tbs paprika
2 tbs turmeric
2 tsp honey

Recipe Directions for Salmon Salad

  1. Broil Salmon on high for 8-15 minutes. When done, place on stove to rest & lightly drizzle the 2 tsp honey over top.

  2. When cooled, remove salmon from the tray/pan, then place in a medium bowl (skin should be removed and discarded) and use a fork to gently shred the filet. Remove any bones if seen, then add the light sour cream, stir, then add all the spices and blend gently. Serve in a nice bowl, with bagels and veggies on the side.
