When I'm bored with tuna salad I throw this version together. Make sure to remove the bones and skin from the canned salmon.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Salad

1 can Salmon, Pink
3 tbsp Salad Dressing, Mayonnaise Type, Regular
2 tbsp Cream, Sour, Reduced Fat, Cultured
2 oz Capers
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Salmon Salad

Mix all ingredients and season with s&P to taste.
