Poached salmon, prepared simply, is great source omega-3

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Salad

8 oz fresh salmon, poached
3 tablespoons plain yogurt
3 tablespoons dill relish
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Salmon Salad

Poach 2 fillets of salmon, each about 4 oz, in simmering water for 5 minutes or until flakes with fork. Let cool slightly. Break up and stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate. Makes 3 servings either on spinach or lettuce bed or spread on crackers.
