"Get out of your tuna salad rut and try salmon salad for a change. This version is spiked with olives, lemon, onion and capers." -EatingWell Didn't have capers--added some celery and yogurt to the mix.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Salad

2 1/2 oz smoked salmon
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 kalamata olives, pitted and diced
1 teaspoon finely diced onion
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 1/2 oz plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup chopped celery

Recipe Directions for Salmon Salad

  1. Mix everything in a small bowl
