Like Chicken or tuna salad, but using Salmon instead

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Salad

14 3/4 ounce salmon, pink alaska
2 tablespoons light mayonaise
1/4 cup onion
1/3 cup green peppers
1 teaspoon garlic minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Salmon Salad

  1. Open can of salmon and drain liquid

  2. Pour into a bowl and with a fork remove the bone

  3. Stir and mash salmon until well mixed

  4. Add onions, peppers, garlic, mayonaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper

  5. stir

  6. Put 1/4 cup on a small bead of lettuce or eat by itself
