Tasty salmon salad for sandwiches or on a bed of lettuce and veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Salad

12 oz Salmon, Sockeye
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 serving Egg, whole, fresh
4 tbsp Pickle Relish, Sweet
4 oz Mayo Light Mayonnaise Salad Dressing
4 oz Litehouse Yogurt Dressing-Ranch
1 tbsp chopped Chives

Recipe Directions for Salmon Salad

Drain salmon and pick out larger bones. Add chopped onion and eggs. Combine with chives, mayo and ranch. Stir well. Best if refrigerated for a day.
