Salmon salad with light mayo, onions and bell pepper

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Salad with onion

14 ounces salmon, canned
1/2 cup light mayonaise
1/2 medium onion, minced
4 tbsp mustard
1 medium bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp dried dill
1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper or to taste

Recipe Directions for Salmon Salad with onion

  1. Drain canned salmon, mash with fork.

  2. Add minced onion and diced bell pepper.

  3. Mix well with light mayonaise, mustard and spices.
