Seafood salad using canned salmon or anything you like.

Recipe Ingredients for salmon salad (or lobster)

1 medium apple Apples
7 oz Beans, Snap, Green
1 serving raw Scallion
3 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
12 oz Salmon Pink Canned
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
9 oz FAGE Total Greek Yogurt

Recipe Directions for salmon salad (or lobster)

  1. Blanche and dry green beans chopped into bite size pieces and dry them. Steaming works well also but should be cooled by rest or a quick ice water bath.

  2. Combine yogurt, mustard and salt for dressing.

  3. Chop apples, avocado and scallions.

  4. Combine all ingredients and serve.
