Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Salad with Avocado Mayo

2 cups Broccoli
6 cups spinach
8 ounce Pasta, Ronzoni Smart Pasta
6 ounce Salmon
1 cup red bell pepper
1 cup cherry tomatoe
2 avocado
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp fresh dill

Recipe Directions for Salmon Salad with Avocado Mayo

  1. Dice up the peppers. Cut into small pieces and steam the Broccoli (or 2 min in the microwave). Put the baby spinach in the strainer and then pour the cooked pasta over it when you are straining it. It will wilt the spinach. Rinse immediately with cool water.

  2. Mix all but the last 4 ingredients together.

  3. in a seperate bowl mix the last 4 ingredients then mash up the avocados until it's all blended. Mix in with the other ingredients. Chill... Eat and Enjoy

  4. Salt and pepper to taste - hot pepper flakes are good too.. I use greek non fat greek yogurt, you can also use
