Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Rolls

15 oz Salmon, Pink
0.67 cup, diced Celery
80 g Light Mayonnaise
0.5 tsp Onion Powder
1.5 tsp Chives
2 cup Flour, All Purpose
4 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 dash Salt, Table
1 serving Cayenne Pepper
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 serving Skim Milk Fat Free

Recipe Directions for Salmon Rolls

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Stir well. Set in fridge

  2. Make biscuit dough using bosch machine. Roll out to a 12 inc square. Spread with salmon mixture. Roll up like a jelly roll. dampen ad seal seam. Cut inot 12 slices. Arrange cut side down on pan that has been sprayed wth no stick cooking spray. Bake at 400 dgeree oven for 20 to 25 minutes until browned. makes 12 servings.
