Oven roasted Salmon with garden tomatoes and basil.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Roasted Tomato, Basil [20oz]

40 ounces salmon
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cups fresh tomatoes
2 oz. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup basil, dry
4 tbsp minced garlic
4 tbsp dehydrated onion
4 tbsp Italian seasoning
4 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp black pepper
30 grams Shoyu

Recipe Directions for Salmon Roasted Tomato, Basil [20oz]

  1. Marinade salmon in mixture of lemon juice, herbs and Shoyu for about an hour.

  2. Brush olive oil on a large baking dish.

  3. Arrange salmon on baking dish, skin side up.

  4. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.

  5. Take out, turn Salmon.

  6. Top salmon with sliced tomatoes, herbs and basil.

  7. Bake at 400 for additional 10-15 (until tender).
