A Rissole made with either Pink or Red Salmon

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Rissoles

1 serving Egg - Whole (Extra large)
285 grams Fish - Pink Salmon (canned, drained)
50 grams Vegetables - Onion (medium size)
30 grams Stone Ground 100% Wholemeal Plain Flour

Recipe Directions for Salmon Rissoles

  1. 1. Dice the Onion & drain the Salmon.

  2. 2. Put Onion, Salmon, Flour & Egg in a bowl & mix together until well combined.

  3. 3. Make 70g patties from mixture & place on a plate.

  4. 4. Cover & refrigerate for 1 hr minimum.

  5. 5. Cook under a grill, in the oven or frying pan until golden & crisp outer.
