Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Risotto

1 1/2 lbs salmon
12 oz cherry tomato
28 oz spinach, frozen
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 1/2 cups Arborio rice
3 cups peaches, Liquids
3 cups white grape juice

Recipe Directions for Salmon Risotto

  1. Cut salmon to chunks and sear for three minutes. Place to side.

  2. Add oil and brown rice. Add spinach and tomotes. Alternate cups of juices, making sure to stir. Before the final cup, add fish into skillet. Serve hot.
