Salmone al cartoccio cotto al forno

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon

8 oz salmon
1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp white wine

Recipe Directions for Salmon

  1. Put the salmon on two slices of lemon on an aluminum foil.

  2. Add olive oil, whine, sage, garlic salt.

  3. Put two slices on top.

  4. Wrap the aluminum foil.

  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes 400F in the oven.
