Great start to the morning. Women can use 1/2 C egg whites if preferred. Cook Quinoa before adding.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon and Quinoa Scrambler

1/8 cup (dry) (uncooked) Quinoa Organic Grain
4 oz Egg, White
8 oz Broccoli Cole Slaw
1 medium Egg, Whole
2 oz Salmon, Atlantic, Wild

Recipe Directions for Salmon and Quinoa Scrambler

  1. Coat pan with cooking spray or olive oil (not part of nutritional label).

  2. On medium high heat add egg whites, salmon, slaw, and cooked quinoa and scramble. Add whole egg and continue to scramble until eggs are cooked.

  3. Top with fresh Salsa (optional)
