3 eggs
185 ml milk, evaporated
1/5 c flour

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. drain salmon

  3. combine salmon and flour

  4. spread over bottom of pie shell

  5. cover with cheese

  6. in separate bowl, lightly beat eggs

  7. add milk

  8. cook in oven at 350 degrees
