Recipe Ingredients for Salmon quesadillas

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4/5 pounds salmon
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 cup jalapeno
2 avocados
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons cilantro

Recipe Directions for Salmon quesadillas

  1. Top 1 tortilla with salmon mixed with chili powder

  2. Top with 1/2 cup cheese & jalapenos

  3. Top with 2nd tortilla

  4. Mix together avocados, lime juice, tomatoes and cilantro

  5. Serve with quesadillas
