Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Quesadillas

1 tsp olive oil
1/3 tsp basil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 oz salmon, canned
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
4 tortillas

Recipe Directions for Salmon Quesadillas

Put olive oil in a medium sized frying pan and sautee the garlic and basil until the garlic is cooked, but not brown. Then add the drained salmon to the pan to warm the salmon. Once the salmon is warm, heat up another frying pan (one large enough to fit a tortilla) or use a quesadilla maker to combine the cheese and salmon mixture.
