Salmon - only Fish pie... comfort food :) use 5oz hot smaoked salmon and 10oz regular fresh salmon.

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon pie

15 oz Salmon, Pink
200 grams Puff Pastry
3 1/2 cup Milk, Fluid, 3.25% Milkfat
3/20 cup Cornstarch
1 package (10 oz) Spinach
1 1/4 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
20 g Butter
10 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Salmon pie

  1. poach the salmon in the milk for 8-10 minutes

  2. fry the leeks in the butter

  3. remove the fish from the poaching liquor and add cornflour to the milk

  4. simmer to thicken

  5. finely chop the dill and add to the sauce - slightly over season the sauce (not going to season the fish!)

  6. layer the raw spinach, leeks and flaked salmon into a casserole dish

  7. pour over the sauce

  8. top with a puff pastry top and bake at 210Cfor 30 minutes :)
