Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Pesto Pasta

1.5 cup Rotini
6 tblsp Pesto Sauce
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 medium raw Onion Red
1 cup Asparagus
2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
12 oz Fish, Salmon, Atlantic, Farmed

Recipe Directions for Salmon Pesto Pasta

Dice all vegetables into chunky pieces. Toss vegetables in 2 tbsp pesto. Coat salmon in 2 tbsp pesto. Grill separately on aluminum foil until cooked, ~10-12 minutes. Cook rotini pasta until it reaches desired tenderness. Toss all ingredients together and add remaining 2 tbsp pesto to finish. Mix well.
