Recipe Ingredients for Salmon patty for one

2 oz salmon
1/4 cup egg beaters
1/2 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1 oz onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 oz panko
1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Salmon patty for one

  1. Combine egg beaters, light mayo, garlic salt until consistent

  2. Add breadcrumbs and fold until they soak up the mixture

  3. Stir in salmon, and onions

  4. Make a ball of mixture, and sauté in pan with olive oil until browned
