Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Patties

1 can Salmon, Pink
2 egg Fresh Grade A Jumbo White Eggs
4 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
4 3/10 oz Saltine Crackers

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties

Mince onion. Add to 16 oz can of salmon. Add one tube of crushed saltines. Beat 2 eggs and mix all together. Mix in lemon juice. Form patties and cook until brown in just enough oil to coat bottom of pan.
