Salmon Patties with corn, cottage cheese and whey protein concentrate as "binders"

Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Patties

6 oz Pink Salmon
1/2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
0.25 cup(113 g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese
0.13 cup Whey Protein Concentrate
3 serving Worcestershire Sauce
0.5 serving Flour
0.33 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties

Combine all ingredients except oil and flour and mix well. Shape into three patties. Dust lightly with flour. In a large skillet heat butter and olive oil over medium high heat. Cook the patties until browned on both sides, about 10 minutes. Drain briefly on paper towels before serving.
