Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Patties

12 oz salmon, atlantic, wild - cooked, dry heat
1 whole egg
3/4 cup bread crumbs, plain
1 tbsp onion, chopped
2 tbsp water
1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed
4 tbsp milk

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties

Combine all ingredients except corn flake crumbs and milk. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Make into patties. Dip in milk. Coat with corn flake crumbs. Place on cookie sheet. Spray with cooking spray. Bake at 350 until done.
