Salmon Patties Recipe

Makes 5 servings



Chop all veggies up. Sautee garlic and onion then add celery and carrot. Sautee until soft in either cooking spray or a little olive oil. Remove from heat and let cool. Drain Salmon and season with salt and pepper. Add egg whites and mix through. Add this mixture to veggie mix. Stir in a little flour at a time until the mix is firm enough to roll into balls. Add chopped herbs. Gently grill each patty on both sides then transfer to oven and contine cooking.

1 can Salmon, Sockeye
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup, diced Celery
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 clove Garlic
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
2 large Egg, White
1 tbsp Olive Oil
