Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Patties

430 g Salmon- canned, about two cans
1 Onion, finely chopped
6 serving Ryvita Crackers
1/4 cup Parsley (or other herbs) minced
2 eggs
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 cup Celery

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well

  2. Shape into 12 small patties

  3. Place on a parchment-covered (or greased) baking sheet

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for around 25 minutes
