Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Patties

14.75 oz Salmon, Pink
0.5 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
1 medium Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties

drain liquid from a 14oz can of salmon and place in a medium sized bowl. Use a fork to mash the salmon and crush bones. Add one raw egg and a half cup of bread crumbs. Mix well and form into patties. Pan fry in a tbspn olive oil about 5 min each side
