Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Patties

14 3/4 oz salmon
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp dill weed (fresh)
1 tsp onion flakes
1 egg
2 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties

  1. mix all ingrediants together then let sit for 5 minutes to allow oatmeal to soak up liquids.

  2. Make into 5 patties and brown both sides in pan with 1 tsp olive oil.
