Recipe Ingredients for salmon patties

29 2/5 oz pink salmon,drained reserve 1/4 cup liquid
2 egg whites,large
3 tbsp flour, plain
3 tbsp wheat germ
1/4 cup onion,finely chopped
2 tsp coriander (optional)
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for salmon patties

  1. mix ingredients adding reserved liquid as neede for consistency

  2. form into desired size patty about 1/4" to 3/8" thick

  3. spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray

  4. brown both sides, cooking wellenough to hold together
