Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Patties

6 oz. Stove Top stuffing mix
1/3 c. miracle whip light
12 oz. salmon
2 T. sweet pickle relish
1 c. reduced fat mexican cheese, grated
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. carrots, shredded

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties

  1. Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

  2. Heat a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Shape 1/3 cupfuls of the stuffing mixture into patties. Add to skillet in batches.

  3. Cook 3 minutes on each side, turning over carefully.
