Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Patties

15 oz salmon
3 oz tuna
1 egg
1/2 large bell pepper
1 medium red onion
1/2 cup kale
1 cup bread crumbs
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp oregano
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties

  1. Scramble egg; Chop bell pepper and onion.

  2. Combine all ingredients (except oil) and shape into patties (10-12).

  3. Cook on medium-high heat in oil.
