18 oz salmon
2 eggs
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for salmon patties

  1. chop onions

  2. chop celery

  3. whip olive oil and lemon juice

  4. add to salmon

  5. add onions and celery

  6. mix ingredients

  7. add bread crumbs and mix again

  8. shape into patties

  9. fry in pan with olive oil
