Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Patties

14 3/4 ounce canned salmon
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 medium onion, diced
1/4 cup skim milk
2 large eggs
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 dash of pepper
1 dash of dill
1 dash of parsley
1 dash of salt

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. Refridgerate for 15 minutes or longer

  3. fry in 1/2 inch light oil for about 3 minutes/side
