6 oz salmon, pink, wild, boneless
1 T breadcrumbs (panko)
1 egg white
1 tsp dried onions
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1/8 tsp dill weed

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cook approx. 3 min each side till light brown.
