Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Patties

14 3/4 oz pink salmon
1 egg
1/4 cup quick oats
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbs parsley flakes
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
2 tbs bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties

  1. Beat egg.

  2. Drain salmon and add to egg. Add oatmeal. '

  3. Mix together.

  4. Coat each side with bread crumbs.

  5. Form patties and using PAM spray.
