14 3/4 ounces canned salmon
1/3 c raw onion, chopped
1 egg
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
5 cloves garlic

  1. combine all ingrediants add salt & pepper to taste.

  2. in non stick skillet use spray or good oil to lightly cook on each side till golden brown.
