Recipe Ingredients for Salmon Patties

1 can salmon, sockeye
1 cup crackers, saltines, crushed
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sage
1 pinch pepper

Recipe Directions for Salmon Patties

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

  2. The mixture should be slightly moist and hold together.

  3. If not, add another egg.

  4. Form patties and dip lightly in flour.

  5. Cook until golden brown on each side in a medium-hot skillet.

  6. Extra oil in the skillet may be required.
